Are you a security firm?
No. We're a response-drafting service for sales velocity. Your security team reviews everything we draft. We do not certify, audit, or attest to anything.
What if you don't know the answer?
We flag it for your team with the surrounding context and suggested phrasing. We never invent compliance claims.
What formats can you handle?
Excel, PDF, Word, Google Sheets, and the most common portals (Whistic, OneTrust, Vanta Trust Portal, Drata, SafeBase). Custom procurement docs are fine — most are PDF or Excel underneath.
How long does it actually take you?
Our SLA is 48 hours from receiving a complete intake. Most responses go back in 24–36.
What if I'm not happy with the draft?
Full refund, no questions, before you send it. Cheaper for everyone than a dispute.
What about my security docs themselves?
Treated as confidential. NDA signed before intake on request. Docs are deleted from our working storage 30 days after delivery.
